Soft container (Sling-bag)
A Sling-bag is a type of soft packaging for moving large batches of products that are packaged in small containers. Sling bags are used as a group package or, more simply, it is a «bag for bags».
Most often, this packaging is used to move products packed in 25 kg and 50 kg bags. The load capacity of sling bags reaches more than 1500 kg.
Features of application:
- Sling bags allow you to optimize costs during loading and unloading.
- When folded, these packages are very compact, they decompose quickly and are easy to load. To do this, you only need to unfold it, leaving the open part of the bottom for filling. The time spent on this is 1-2 minutes. The loaded bags are placed on the bottom of the sling run in a «bandage». Then the side walls are raised, and the group package is ready to be moved by the loader.
- Packaged sling bags are loaded into a container or car. Thus, group packing keeps the form of cargo, and also protects it from leaks and pollution.
